The TSPU, which stands for
Theranos Systems Processing Unit,
Code Name: “Edison 3.0”,
and it’s the same system that was used in 2015 to get the FDA approval to be put in patient’s homes and virtually anywhere but ONLY for 1 test which is, HSV-1 ( see below). This FDA approval is huge because it shows that the machine can perform immunoassay tests which is the same category as the VEGF test that Pfizer said it is NOT. These tests are not complicated. Performing a test is like following a recipe as noted in previous videos and content on Just Blood.

1. Here’s a Reddit thread of many Atellica Customers. The Atellica is Siemens latest Lab Solution Machine line that launched way too early in 2018.
